The following are the self-pay or out-of-network rates for each service provided. If you have an insurance that we are in-network with, your fees may be lower, based on our contract and your insurance plan/coverage.
Therapy, Psychological Testing, and Biofeedback Fees
*Court cases will be charged at a rate of $250 per hour.
*Biofeedback therapy may or may not be covered by insurance, and, when it is covered, the insurance plans widely vary.
* For the 8 and 12 session rates, you would be responsible for paying a minimum of half prior to the first appointment, and the other half would need to be paid at the halfway point. If at any point you decide you wish to discontinue sessions, you would be responsible for paying the full $100 rate for the sessions you already attended.
