Fees and Insurance
The following are the self-pay or out-of-network rates for each service provided. If you have insurance that we are in-network with, your fees may be lower, based on our contract and your insurance plan/coverage.
Therapy, Psychological Testing, and Biofeedback Fees
Important Fee Information
Court Cases: Court cases will be charged at a rate of $300 per hour.
Biofeedback Insurance Coverage: Biofeedback therapy may or may not be covered by insurance, and when it is covered, insurance plans vary widely.
Biofeedback Package Payments: For the 8- and 12-session rates, you would be responsible for paying a minimum of half prior to the first appointment, and the other half would need to be paid at the halfway point. If at any point you decide you wish to discontinue sessions, you would be responsible for paying the full $100 rate for the sessions you already attended.
