Individual Therapy

Individual therapy services are offered by licensed therapists as well as graduate students under the supervision of licensed clinicians.

The therapy process begins with an intake interview, typically lasting one hour, during which a detailed personal and clinical history is obtained. At the end of the intake, the clinician will provide recommendations, which may include continuing services with the same clinician, referral to another EMH provider, psychological testing, or referral to an outside agency or resource as appropriate.
