Kyle is a licensed therapist who is providing therapy, full time, with Enlightened Mental Health. She has both in person and tele-health options.
Kyle earned a degree in Sociology and a Master’s in Applied Sociology from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. For over three years, she put her training to use helping government and nonprofit organizations accelerate their impact across Indiana communities. The work was satisfying, but not as satisfying as the experience she had counseling individuals with addiction issues. She decided to make a change and enrolled in IU’s Master of Social Work (MSW) program at the IUPUI campus.
Most of Kyle’s postgraduate training involved providing evidenced-based and trauma-informed therapy to clients of the Indiana Department of Child Services (DCS). This experience confirmed working directly with individuals and families as a mental health therapist and advocate is her true calling. Kyle is now a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) and a member of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW). She has supported individuals across the lifespan as they learn to better manage anxiety/stress, depression, behavioral issues, substance use/abuse, trauma, personality disorders and other mental health conditions. She believes improving quality of life starts with allowing space for new ways of thinking and learning to communicate effectively.
Kyle was born in Connecticut, grew up in North Carolina, lived in Colorado, and now lives in Indiana. She loves trying new foods, reading, binging TV shows, music, art/craft fairs, and exploring different cultures. With funds earned working in the restaurant industry while attending school, she’s traveled around Peru, Central Europe, Croatia, the British Virgin Islands, and Central Mexico. She hopes to speak Spanish fluently one day soon!

Danielle is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor offering individual outpatient therapy to teens (ages 15+) and adults, primarily in her office at Enlightened Mental Health.
Danielle has experience working with an array of presenting issues, such as depression, anxiety, trauma, grief/loss, major life transitions, and codependency. She takes a whole person approach to therapy, understanding that every aspect of one’s life can impact thoughts, feelings, and experiences. She respects the amount of trust and safety that it takes for a person to be emotionally vulnerable in the therapeutic space.
Danielle’s primary modalities include Psychodynamic and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). Both of these modalities focus on connecting the past and the present, as we work to discover recurring patterns in one’s life, often influenced by early life experiences and intergenerational cycles.
Danielle earned her Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Indiana Wesleyan University, and has clinically served communities in the greater Indianapolis and Lafayette areas. She enjoys aspects of both city and country, growing up in rural Pennsylvania and earning a Bachelor’s Degree from The Pennsylvania State University. She enjoys spending time with friends and family, exploring new places, laughing at comedy, creating and viewing art, and appreciating the small joys of life.

Kristina Stewart, LMHC, is a full-time mental health therapist, offering both in-person or telehealth sessions for clients aged 13 and older.
Kristina graduated from Ball State in 2017 with a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. From there, Valley Oaks Health was her first “big girl job” where she provided therapy services for a little over six years. She has experience working with a wide variety of presenting issues, including (but not limited to) anxiety, depression, trauma, issues related to diversity, addictions, personality disorders, grief and loss, etc. Kristina believes no therapy style is one size fits all, so she uses a variety of therapeutic approaches including CBT, DBT, positive psychology, holistic approaches, motivational interviewing, humanistic therapy, and IPT. The core values she employs when working with clients are to be genuine and treat everyone with unconditional positive regard, and she places importance on building the therapeutic relationship.
When Kristina is not providing therapy, she can be found playing with her two cats, Charlie and Milo, or spending time with family and friends. She values creativity and enjoys singing, playing piano, reading, acting, teaching herself the ukulele, and creative writing. Kristina also likes to hike and travel within the US and abroad. She is a self-proclaimed “nerd” and can talk for hours about Harry Potter (she is a Gryffindor, fyi!), Disney, and anime.

Lisa is a licensed clinical social worker who is providing therapy, full time, with Enlightened Mental Health. She has both in person and tele-health options.
Lisa has a background working in social work as a hospice social worker, hospital social worker, and a clinical mental health therapist. Lisa earned her Bachelor of Social Work Degree in 2018 at Florida Gulf Coast University. Lisa then continued on to earn her Master of Social Work Degree at the University of South Florida in 2019. Lisa moved to Indiana immediately after graduation to start her social work career working in the medical field. Lisa opted to change her career path from hospital discharge planning to working as a mental health therapist in 2022.
Lisa has a passion for working with individuals experiencing a wide range of mental health struggles including grief, depression, anxiety, trauma, OCD, and personality disorders. Lisa believes that all people have the innate ability to heal, and that successful therapy cannot take a “one size fits all” approach. Lisa’s post-graduate training has been in practicing evidenced-based therapy models of CBT, DBT, IFS, and Somatic Experiencing Therapy. Lisa’s aim is to empower her clients to connect with their innate ability to heal themselves through self-love and compassion in order to make lasting change.
In her free time, Lisa enjoys spending time with her husband and beloved pets (2 cats and a dog), crafting with her Cricut, or spending time outside if it is warm enough (she grew up in Florida after all!).
