Elena has decided to stay with us for another year! Elena is a Clinical Psychology doctoral student at the University of Indianapolis. She received her Bachelor's degree from Purdue University in Brain and Behavioral Sciences. Elena is excited to be back in Lafayette helping the community through providing therapy and assessment services.

Elena has decided to stay with us for another year! Elena is a Clinical Psychology doctoral student at the University of Indianapolis. She received her Bachelor's degree from Purdue University in Brain and Behavioral Sciences. Elena is excited to be back in Lafayette helping the community through providing therapy and assessment services. 


In her free time, Elena enjoys visiting local coffee shops, going on long walks with friends, cooking new recipes, and spending time on the lake with her family.

Alam is a Clinical Psychology doctoral student at the University of Indianapolis. He has experience working with diverse populations, providing therapy for individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, life transitions, and other mental health concerns. He has a particular interest in OCD and anxiety disorders, with a strong commitment 

  

Alam is a Clinical Psychology doctoral student at the University of Indianapolis. He has experience working with diverse populations, providing therapy for individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, life transitions, and other mental health concerns. He has a particular interest in OCD and anxiety disorders, with a strong commitment to using evidence-based treatments such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). Alam strives to create a safe and nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable sharing their true feelings and thoughts without fear of shame or stigma. His goal is to help clients feel understood, supported, and empowered throughout their therapeutic journey. 


In his free time, he enjoys playing sports, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.

Johnny is a Clinical Mental Health Counseling master’s student at the College of William & Mary and received his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Maryland. He is currently the Lead System of Care Navigator at Mental Health America – Wabash Valley Region, where he oversees a team of several navigators and undergraduate

Johnny is a Clinical Mental Health Counseling master’s student at the College of William & Mary and received his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Maryland. He is currently the Lead System of Care Navigator at Mental Health America – Wabash Valley Region, where he oversees a team of several navigators and undergraduate interns working to connect the community to mental health services and other basic need resources. 


Johnny is excited to be working with Enlightened Mental Health as he completes his practicum and internship in the process of becoming an LMHCA. With experience working with a diverse range of individuals and addressing various concerns, he is committed to providing a holistic approach that considers each person's unique identity, health, and well-being. He draws from person-centered, multicultural/feminist, systems, cognitivebehavioral, and acceptance & commitment approaches. Above all, he prioritizes meeting clients where they are and tailoring his approach to what works best for them. 


In his free time, Johnny enjoys cooking, traveling, visiting local stores and coffee shops, going on walks, and yapping.

Ben is a Clinical Psychology doctoral student at the University of Indianapolis. He has experience working with individuals at the inpatient and outpatient level who have struggled with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use. He takes a client-centered, strengths-based approach, to both therapy and testing services 

Ben is a Clinical Psychology doctoral student at the University of Indianapolis. He has experience working with individuals at the inpatient and outpatient level who have struggled with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use. He takes a client-centered, strengths-based approach, to both therapy and testing services for his community, and draws from cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, and humanistic theories. He aims to provide an inclusive environment where each client may gain insight into themselves, strengthen their inner resources, and achieve their own personal goals. 


In his free time, Ben likes to play the electric guitar, try new food around town, watch documentaries, spend time outside, and watch funny videos of wiener dogs.
